Day 7: Black Shelfie

Today’s picture is my bottom shelf on my color coordinated bookshelf. It’s my smallest and it’s the first time I decided to arrange my books by color. It’s taken me a while to get used to, but I feel arranging my books by last name is the best. I can find things quicker.
This black section of my bookshelf sadly doesn’t have the most books that I’ve read. I’ve only read
The Warmth of Other Suns by award winning Isabel Wilkerson, which I highly recommend, along with Langqton Hughes Collected Poems, and the graphic novel Rain by Mat Johnson. All the others are books that I need to get to, particularly Caste by Isabel Wilkerson. So I feel like I honored this prompt doubly. Are you interested in reading any of these?
Hoping to read Caste this year too, I loved The Warmth of Other Suns.
